Rooted in Connection. Guided in Intention.

I offer a relational, systemic, and collaborative approach to healing, guiding you toward a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.

The Meaning of Sage

Sage is more than just a name; it represents grounded wisdom and the healing potential in our relationships.

My approach is relational, systemic, and collaborative. I’m interested in the bigger picture of what you’re experiencing; your relationships, experiences, and the patterns that have developed along the way. Together, we can explore what’s happening, make sense of it, and consider what you might want to do differently moving forward.

I bring a warm, genuine, and curious presence to therapy. I’m comfortable with the hard stuff, but I don’t think therapy has to be heavy all the time. There’s room for humor, creativity, and being a real person in the room. My goal is for therapy to feel like a place where you can be yourself while doing meaningful work.

Meet Miranda

Hi, I’m Miranda (she/her). I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist and a graduate of Regis University. I work with individuals, teens, families, and couples, supporting life transitions, identity and relationship challenges, communication struggles, and a desire for deeper connection.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an educator and dance instructor. Those experiences shaped how I understand growth, learning, and connection, and they continue to influence how I show up in the therapy room. I believe people heal best when they feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen, and I strive to create a space where you can show up fully without judgment or pressure to be anyone else.

I take a systemic approach, meaning I look at the whole picture of your life, including relationships, family dynamics, culture, and environment, to understand what may be contributing to current stress or pain. Together, we can explore patterns, make sense of your experiences, and build new ways forward that feel authentic and sustainable.

As a queer woman, I care deeply about creating affirming and inclusive spaces for LGBTQIA+ clients while welcoming people of all identities and backgrounds.

Outside of therapy, I spend time with my rescue dog Jaimoe, my partner, and close friends. I enjoy weightlifting and movement as ways to stay grounded and connected to myself.

It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you explore, heal, and grow.
